Capacity Building for Implementation- KIN-TECH™
The Children's Home Network has been developing and preparing our national program implementation and evaluation partnership team called the PIPELINE, (Program Implementation and Partnership Evaluation for Leading In Kinship Navigation Evidenced Based Practice. This PIPELINE team is ready to provide capacity building to states and other jurisdictions interested in replicating and implementing our culturally tailored KIN-TECH™ model.
Our program manual is available to the public through purchase of services that include training and consultation in the replication of the KIN-TECH™ model.
Our Team can assist with organizational readiness, pre-implementation planning and training, implementation support, routine consultation meetings, and fidelity monitoring.
Certified by the California Evidence-Based Clearinghouse and the Federal Prevention Services Clearinghouse and rated as a SUPPORTED level model, KIN TECHTM stands out as a proven, evidence-based approach to enhance family stability and child well-being.
KIN TECHTM is backed by rigorous research and has demonstrated effectiveness in improving outcomes for children in kinship care.

- 99% of Children remain stable with their relative/non-relative after services are completed at 12, 24 and 36 months.
- 99% prevention of child abuse and neglect.
- More than 5,000 families served since the program inception.
- Successfully replicated statewide in Delaware.
